How do I start playing?
Download Mafia42 from your mobile app store, then sign up and log in with your Google or Facebook account to play. On the Channel screen, enter a channel that matches your level and pick a game room to start a game. For more details, see [Settings -> Game Information, Tutorial] at the top right of the game screen.
What's the difference between a Normal game and a Ranked Game?
Normal games only record wins and losses; your RP (Rank Points) doesn't change. In Ranked Games, your RP goes up or down depending on whether you win or lose, which affects your Tier. Ranked Games are available from level 20, and only in the Rank Channel.
What are Collections?
Collections are special rewards you earn by completing hidden missions in the game. The conditions are secret, so half the fun is discovering them one by one as you play! You can view your Collections in your profile and set one as your featured Collection.
How do I use the Store?
You can open the Store with the third button at the top right of the game screen. The Store offers a wide range of products, including general items, Nameplates, Skins, Duel Cards, Gemstones, and Packages. At the top of the Store, you'll also find these extra menus: Name Auction: Get a new nickname or change yours Refine: Enhance your Gemstones Luna Store: Earn Luna for free Black Market: Exchange Ruble and Luna with other players
What's the difference between Ruble and Luna?
Ruble is an in-game currency you earn by playing games or completing Daily Quests. Luna is a premium currency that can only be obtained through limited sources (purchases, the Luna Store, the Black Market, etc.).
I want to see my play stats.
After entering a channel, tap your profile at the bottom of the screen to see your RP, Win Rate, and win/loss record. Your profile also shows your Win Rate for each role.
How do I report a player who misbehaves in Mafia42? (Ranked Games, Normal games, etc.)
You can submit a report using the methods below. ※ Reports about Normal games and Ranked Games - Include the Replay URL and submit your report through [1:1 Inquiry]. - For Ranked Games, write 'Ranked Game' in the subject line for faster processing. - Without a Replay URL, it may be difficult to take action, so please be sure to include it. ※ Reports about chat after a Ranked Game ends - Attach an original, unedited screenshot in which the reporter's nickname is clearly visible, and include the nickname in your report. - Reports without screenshots, or with edited screenshots, may not be accepted as evidence, which can make it difficult to take action. ※ Other reports (Megaphones, nicknames, chat messages, game room titles, etc.) - You can report these directly with the in-game Report button.
How are penalties for misconduct decided?
Players who misbehave receive Penalty Points according to Mafia42's reporting and penalty policy, and their access to the game may be restricted depending on the total number of Penalty Points accumulated.
I reported someone by mistake. Can I cancel it?
